Ғылым және технология

In this video we would like to show you the features and benefits of the K 970 Ring. We will show you how you can easily use the K 970 Ring in combination with a K 970 Chain to cut out a window in a block of reinforced concrete.
The K 970 Ring has a high cutting capacity, can make deep cuts from one side and is the quickest method for cutting small and medium-sized holes because no time is lost on installing rails.

This is one of the best innovations for cutting hard material they've come up with for anything over 5in. If you get good enough with one you don't even have to precut with anything else. Even if you can't cut a straight line with one try tapconing a 2 by 4 on your cut line and always let the ring saw do the bulk of the work. Don't push it.

I cut concrete for a living the ring saw is great to save on the chain sawing but you don't chain saw the corners first. that's why your cuts not strait. Ring saw then chainsaw the corners, gives you a cleaner cut great products but bad demo. try to cut the corners last and you can use the wall walker to keep your strait line. your welcome

William Riley the reason they cut the corners with the chain saw first is because the ring saw blade is thinner than the chain saw blade. If you try to put the chain saw in the narrow cut of the ring saw it will jump out of the cut and you could break the chain.

i'm looking to get into the business. Just used the cut n break - hated it. So if I am doing a 8" masonry wall I will take the K1270 (why not k760?) and pre-cut the lines to the 5" depth and then come back behind it with the ring saw for the other 3"? Do you still need a chainsaw for the corners?

@@antoniosmall4413 I would’ve used ringsaw first than handsaw after. Bottom cut first than top cut and either left or right side afterwards.

Worst demo ever for starters U precut with a K1270 then U use wider precut blade the same thickness as your ring saw blade to save wear and then yes finish with the chain saw, if you don't precut before ring sawing bad kick back can occur which has killed operators they should put that in the brochure.

Definitely not the tool to start a cut with, they won’t hold up very long this way! I do this for a living and can tell you this for a fact! Otherwise great tool.
