For a climbing saw, he will be able to chunk-down a fair sized tree if they keep sending gas and oil up the tree!

@@bellhoppersaws I’ve got Brennan going to be doing one for me. I live in Statesville and found him by chance, now I see your out here too and y’all are buddies. That’s cool. No shortage of good porters out here is nice to know giving I came from west coast and have to have all my saws ported if I can. Nice work she’s a runner for sure

Carving out the lowers all the way to the base is a HUGE no no on a strato engine. At bdc the ports in the bottom of the piston connect the upper intake (clean air/ no fuel) to the crankcase.

Quote from New Life newsletter: Good & Tired For you shall eat the fruit of [the labor of] your hands, you will be happy and blessed and it will be well with you. Psalm 128:2 At the end of this day you are going to be tired. The choice you’re able to make is what kind of tired that will be. You can be tired from not doing much, from just getting by, and that is a weary feeling indeed. It’s something that not even a good night’s rest will take away. Or, you can be tired after a day’s worth of positive effort and accomplishment, while at the same time being satisfied and fulfilled. Then, after a good night’s sleep, you can wake up tomorrow feeling energized and enthusiastic about moving forward again. There is nothing that can compare with the sense of accomplishment that comes after a day filled with positive, focused, effective effort. In just a few hours you can be enjoying the delightful, empowering experience of being good and tired. You’re going to be tired anyway, so doesn’t it make sense to get something positive and valuable out of it? You’re going to move through this day anyway, so doesn’t it make sense to move forward with effective, enthusiastic effort and accomplishment? Use this day to get yourself good and tired, and experience for yourself just how great that can be. Father in heaven, though bedtime may be a long way off, if we want to choose how we end our day we must start now. Show us what to do today that will be well worth while. We want to end our day not with a sense of, well I’m glad that’s over, but rather with a contentment that comes from worthwhile effort. Help us to work hard at something worth working at. In Jesus name, AMEN! What kind of tired are you?

Quote from New Life newsletter: Mistakes Happen For a righteous man falls seven times, and rises again, but the wicked stumble in time of disaster and collapse. Proverbs 24:16 If you could live your life backwards it would be easy to avoid mistakes. You could simply look back on the mistakes, clearly and unmistakably see them coming, and move in another direction. In the real world, where time moves only forward, avoiding mistakes is not nearly so easy to do. For the only way to completely avoid mistakes is to completely avoid taking action. But that, of course would be the biggest mistake of all. For although you would never make any mistakes, you would never move forward either, and never get anything done. In order to accomplish anything, you have to accept the fact that you’re going to make some mistakes. Of course, you would never set out to intentionally make a mistake, and it’s wise to take reasonable precautions against them. And then, have the courage to move forward, to make definite decisions, to take specific actions, even though some will turn out to be mistakes. When the mistakes do come, that very same decisiveness will get you quickly past them. Father in heaven, sometimes the fear of making a mistake can be as paralyzing as headlights are to a deer. While we don’t want to make mistakes, we don’t want to live frozen in fear either. We ask for Your help to do our best and avoid mistakes, while also having the courage to dust ourselves back off and keep going when we don’t get everything quite right. Lead us in the paths of righteousness we pray and help us to rise back up if we stumble. In Jesus name, AMEN! You make mistakes. Mistakes don’t make you.
