Just minutes after arriving at Acadia National Park, Gatsby bites into a porcupine. We were frantic looking for nearby vets in Maine. Gatsby had about 150 quills removed! We had to cut our trip short and wished we had more time to stay at Terramor Outdoor Resort.

That's so sad!
Snakes, bears, porcupines, mountain lions, ticks, etc... There's always a small risk in going outdoors with your dog, all we can do is try to be as safe as possible. Its always heartbreaking when something happens to them
