Hey everyone! Maia and I wanted to show you a short tour of our new weight room! The Alloy Strength and Conditioning Center got updated and we received 24 new Sorinex racks with many different attachments. Although we are doing explosive exercises right now for taper, we will use attachments to do many exercises one we are back in full training.
