I started learning to drive a stick shift when I was 4 years old. My Mom's boyfriend would take me and my brothers to dirt country roads, and he taught us how to drive. I sat on his lap, and shifted gears and steered, until I got big enough to do it on my own. Then when we got older, we became their designated sober drivers.... Lol

Lol, just keep being awesome!!!!! Bex just relax, and you'll get there. Depending on the car you don't need to touch the gas pedal to make it go. Just slowly let out the clutch until the car starts to move. Get a feel for where the clutch "grabs" then work on changing gears, and also unless you're on a hill you don't need to worry about the parking break when starting.

Now I know how my dad felt when he was teaching manual. Eventually he left me in the middle of the city with a manual car and told me to get the car home on my own. One of his friends drove him home, just a little suggestion for a prank Martin
