I thought it was horrible 😕 because she left so many with filling still in them. Skipped around too much because she saw one speck of blood. She left scabs in place. It was a disservice to the client. They wasted there time and money for the job to be halfway done.

I have read so many comments regarding Ms. Diem. She is a wonderful person. Incredible heart. Does all she can to help others. Even shortened her videos so KZread wouldn't put in ads. Please, give credit where credit is due. She doesn't do just this. She helps so many. ❤️🙏🏼 She is beautiful inside and out

Take into account she puts her clients comfort first, she goes back when the camera is off to finish and it's very difficult to probe a punctum without pain (I've tried on myself), if you can't see her skill nothing I say will change your opinion. With utmost respect

I think she needs her eyes tested when ever she aims to direct probe into the pore she often misses causing needless trauma and puncturing and frequently doesn't evacuate the pore.

You are a great popper. However, could you "please" get all of the pimple cleaned out. Sometimes you leave too much behind! If you are sticking the pimple first, you can't just lightly touch it and expect the same effect as if you poke it in!

Have you noticed that she pulls or pushes the pokie thing in or out at an angle. It is very sharp and cuts the skin allowing the material to come out more easily. It seems that when she inserts the tool more deeply she doesn’t always come out at an angle but the sides of the tool have already cut the skin going in and out. Check it out, I could be wrong but that may be an explanation.

Scabs don’t prevent healing. They encourage healing and less scarring. Your theory only opens up the skin to infection. Mother Nature will care for it with her own bandaid. Lol

It's so funny to read the comments and see that everyone has watched the same video but yet has complete opposite ideas on how the viewed it. Many say this was perfect as usual. Then many others say that it was awful and hard to watch. One person actually had to increase the speed! While another got sea sick from going to fast! So interesting how we interpret so differently.

Well, it’s not perfect. If I owned the Spa, I’d say no fingernails! Using fingernails, even though they are gloved, way too damaging to the skin. Just the fingertips and press under and up, instead of “together” will extract more goo. And, have astringent soaked cotton pads nearby, and wipe down the face now and then. It will clean or remove bacteria from the pore - which is left open, instead of just wiping away the goo with her hand, wipe with an astringent or alcohol soaked pad...

How do you stop the transfer of infection when you dont wipe the needle point from one pore to another .

I don’t understand why they don’t treat this procedure like any other search mission. Split the face into 4 sections and work each grid until there’s nothing left. Then you know where you have already gone’. This way just seems so chaotic and counter productive.

I started watching because I wanted to see the big scabby one get cleaned out but as soon as you pulled the scab away and the pus started flowing, you covered it up with a piece of cotton. Why can’t you finish the tough ones? Thumbs down for that! Question-when you use the “Swipe & Wipe” method to brush away the acne, where is it going-all over the client??? YUCK!

Much better, I enjoyed watching.

She not piercing the spots she dragging the tops off leaving half the contents still in the spot &the amount of crescent shaped dents in the clients skin must bloody hurt she missing spots as well shame on her she needs to be retrained 👎🏼👎🏼

What have you done with Hong? This person works half all the time....just not up to the usual standard. What a pity.

I found this video to be somewhat confusing. She didn't seem to have the same style that she usually uses leaving crust on top of zits barely popping them and such it was just weird. I love her work this one just again confusing.

You’re not squeezing them enough. You’re leaving stuff in there…..and you don’t have to play with what you get out….just wipe with guage and move on…

I really hate having blackheads around my nose. It's so difficult to deal with.
