Just finished reading it. While I enjoyed the ride and couldn't put it down finishing it in two days, I have a few issues... SPOILER.......... DO NOT READ FURTHER Why didn't Hunter anticipate Folter coming for his loved ones? Security detail should've been deployed for anyone associated with Hunter. People have been killed for much less. Garcia should've killed Folter then and there before rushing off to save Hunter. Why risk it? Are trackers really not waterproof? (I genuinely have no idea) Why is Folter hellbent on destroying Hunter? Why risk his new freedom to prove a point to Hunter keeping in mind that it was Folter who dragged Hunter into this in An Evil Mind? Also, the tone Folter uses when talking to Hunter is of fondness. He always addresses him as "friend" and you feel that he looks up to Hunter and sees him as a challenge not an adversary. I understand if it was the thrill of playing a difficult game with a tough opponent, but to feel the need to exact revenge on Hunter seemed a bit like an overreaction. That said, I couldn't put the book down. Maybe we get the third coming of Folter somewhere down the line. (haven't read the rest yet.)
