that stingray stat is pretty crazy. everything steve irwin did and something that rare got him.

Good work mate. For me, growing up in a coastal community here in W.A., we didn't have KFC, McDonald, Hungry Jacks to fall back to. All we had was the ocean and land, I would learn how to use a spear and rifle at a very young age hunting stingrays, mud crab, fish, turtle, kangaroos, bush turkey, goanna and so on but only when it was seasonal to eat. And mostly how to prep and cook what we caught on that day and how to cook it in the traditional way, straight on hot coals or under dependenting on what animal it is. This is the food I crave ❤ good on you for having a go mate.

Finally! So good to see you eat the obvious tucker on a beach. Stingray is beaut. I've learned how to cut off the wings and then skin them. The only thing you might do to improve the next one is to cut the gills and bleed them out. They are sharks and the meat improves if you don't have the blood in it before you cook it up. Also 'learn how to throw a cast net' and catch your fill of mullet!

Entrée is the main part of the meal. Apptizer is the little s ack before the meal.

I wish I lived in Australia so I had the opportunities to go do things like this. Here in England it's just so barron. Most I can do is fish but I have to travel for that because I moved from the coast to live in the Midlands for family reasons. One day, when I'm older (I'm 15), I'll go experience the ocean's blessings. Long road ahead of me but I'll make the roadtrip worth while for this mortal life

Nick what a wonderful part of the world you were in, How's The Serenity? When your demonstrated the barb of the Ray yeah i can see the damage it caused Steve, he had no choice pull it out and hope it doesn't cause damage or had venom injected slowing killing vital organs its quite sad :(. Anyway thx for showing us the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander way of cooking and eating a Ray respectfully. Oh I do hope Little Tike got all the attention when was picked up and taken to the Rangers Station he did look unwell and was swimming in the water very gingerly.
