Hey what shells do you use for duck and geese in 12 guage. Cant find one that i like. What shot sie also?

What do you guys do with all the meat? Ive heard there are issues with bringing it bavk to the states

I’m new to hunting and onley 12 I got lucky and got 2 black ducks on youth day last weekend but if you have any tips at all I’ll take even other people in the comments
