The first crow hunt of the season. The birds seem to be wiser to the call and decoy this year than last year. Proof that they're some of the smartest birds. After some success, I make Crow casserole!

There is an active roost in Portland Maine. Several thousand birds.. They leave at daylight and fly upwards of 5 to 15 miles out to their feeding areas. Then start flying back in late afternoon. If you can get on one of those flyways you’ll get a 100 bird day no problem..
😂 chicken liver and kraut! Try marinating your game prior to cooking it. Butter milk over night, marinade during the day, then cook for dinner.
Not a fan of kraut or chicken liver but i kind of want to get a couple and make stuffed smoked jalapenos with it
You should try to make it into a boudin Cajun sausage ,which is liver ,rice pork and Cajun spices enjoy
