Blasers are nice rifles, but I would prefer to be using a Mauser in Africa. They tend to go bang when you pull the trigger. At my channel I have a playlist of Blaser R8s failing to fire. These are just the ones people have uploaded in videos. For deer, wild boar, etc, in Europe, they're a great choice. But in Africa, North America and other places where the animals being hunted (or suddenly appearing) can attack the person carrying the rifle, well ...

Yes they prepare the animals so that it forms part of your meals in camp
