I found amazing the complexity of the situation, in the case of how the people is oppresed I don't know a real country that works in this way, but I find it plausible. Yeah 98 Is just like an info dump about how the Dictatorship operates which bleeds a little into 99 but we Atleast get a fight with gon showing off some tactics.
