Hunter Sea Air and Hampton Bay Gazebo 52" Outdoor Ceiling Fans

This weird installation features an ABAB pattern of 1st generation Hunter Sea Air and Hampton Bay Gazebo ceiling fans. I am not sure why this installation has two different fans. I am also curious on how the one Sea Air managed to have a bracket snapped. Aside from that, they are about in the condition I would expect from being installed outside for a couple decades.
