As a therapist who practices in the military, I observe many young people who pathologize any mental discomfort. Many also struggle connecting to and communicating with others, and they become incredibly lonely and feel disconnected as a result. Much of their anxiety is related to fears of whether they could establish similar financial stability provided by the military if they were to discharge. They are highly intelligent and far more resilient than they know. We need to pay them significantly more.

Please do not say it's less important to vote in California because as it is, by the time we vote, the news media has already reported who is the virtual winner and Californians don't vote, one of the many reasons for the historical abstention rate in the state

Nobody online really cares about complete strangers commenting in a chat. Human beings need real friends in the real world who are honest with them and not putting on fake online personas. And, we all need to keep informed about the news, but not so buried in it and its constant negativity throughout the day that it just makes us feel even more miserable about the troubled world we live in.

I am against the electorial college as well. That was established in 1776 when we didnt have enough citizens to effectivity for our president, so they elected officials to speak for their respective states. We dont need that anymore! We the people can speak for ourselves, the electorial college is dimisnishing that right.

I haven't heard anyone else mention it, so I'd like to bring up the fact that trump's stupid boat rant includes the phrase "if the boat sank because of it's weight". You know what's heavier than a battery? A nuclear reactor. You know, like you'd find on an aircraft carrier, or submarine. Does this guy understand at all how boats work? And cutting off the last 10seconds deprives us of the moment _he chooses the battery!_

No David I really think you should keep going on these shows, doing the slow grind as my Gee-ma would say. From what I feel from you is that you are having this conversation for much bigger reason then adulation and even if they seem to not hear it or try and slip you up you made them look just like school bullies and believe me people hear and see this, never underestimate the contributions you bring when you’re doing them for a righteous cause and in a noble way, keep going my brother.
