Thank you. The PDF they sent out was missing some steps. Like how to take the current blinds apart to access the ports. A video on that would help as well. It has a lot of tabs and stuff which I feat could break if I use too much force trying to take it down

Could you please show each part (cord) HD sends and how to connect each. I’m completely confused on that, and I can’t find the information on the instructions they sent. Thx

The white cord goes from the blind (by the motor) to the battery pack. The cord can only go one way you have the small end goes by the motor on the blind and the large connector goes to the battery pack. The only challenge is removing the small clip by the motor just use a needle nose plyers to remove the connector then replace it with the little white connector on the white cord.
