You are very welcome :)
WONDERFUL!!! Dinner at eight and a movie to boot! I love it when you cook from Madame’s book. You executed the recipe perfectly! I couldn’t help but think when seeing it plated that its a shame that dishes never look that beautiful when presented in most restaurants these days. I’m sure that the ladies going in to dinner in that fabulous film clip would have expected nothing less. Thank goodness we still have men like you, Peter, who know how it should be done! You ALWAYS strive for excellence when preparing your dishes…and it shows!

Salut Kimberly. I googled "dinner at eight" (because the clock struck eight as I was filming) and I found a movie from 1933! Have you seen it? I'm going to watch it in bed tonight. Mme S A is very detailed in her instruction without being verbose or tedious.(unlike Madelene Kamen who drew a lot on her but, for me, mostly unreadable) I now also own copies of Curnonski and Pelleprat so let's see what comes of that, though they do seem a little Escoffieresque! Bless you for taking the time to comment once again.

@@Petespans I am proud of you! Curmonski on the road in France is just what you need to get the “juices flowing” so to speak! Have fun with it! Remember, or as you shall find out, he had regarded all forms of French cooking. Being on the road you can come up with all kinds of ideas from him.
It's always a pleasure to see a (new) video on your channel.
Another great video! "Absolutely not cut into quarters"- now I know lol!!!
Amazing
No way Peter a remake of my favourite dish you've ever made. 😍

Mine too Dom! Merciiii
You pulled that out of the fire at the last moment, sir! After I saw your ingredient list I wrote you off as a hack due the absence of tarragon. Here's me yelling at my phone all indignant and miffed lol.
Brilliant, just cooked Hunter Chicken and surprised myself at how fabulous it turned out. A result of following your / Madam’s instructions to the letter. Thank you so much for your passion.
Lovely recipe, which worked out well for a dinner party. A very well presented video to boot, I'm in! 🙌🏻

I truly enjoy your segments. You make me want to return to France. My sister and her family now live in Brittany...originally from Tours.
Beautiful.
Beautiful as ever, but may I ask you where the location is.. somewhere in the South West? I have cooked poulet chasseur many times but not following Madam St Ange’s instructions; like you I will follow the instructions to the letter!
