Hey mike I’m a gun guy here in the states and 45-70 for a sharps if you get one would definitely be the wise choice. You can get factory loadings anywhere from 2$ a round up to 6$ a round. It really depends on what you need it for. I have a marlin 1895 trapper chambered in it. Super fun.
What's funny is the company you're looking at to buy your Sharps rifle from. Is a company I am trying to get to work for since I am building a Sharps rifle from scratch as a project for my Gunsmithing School and my school project rifle will be my resume for them
