Hunslet 125 lockdown edit
This is a completely newly made programme using footage shot at the Hunslet 125 gala held on the Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland railways in 2018. This 35 minute programme contains some of the highlights from the weekend but not all of them by any means. At 19.50 you mention a temporary station on the mineral line. Where is the mineral line? Regards from Redruth Arnold

The mineral line is the long siding parallel to the main line, it leads to Minffordd yard. The yard was originally for slate transhipment from the FR to the standard gauge.
Apropos the broken vacuum connection, it may be that I need to see more videos but I rarely seem to see or hear anything about the onboard brake pressure generating systems, whereas suchlike is a prominent feature of the numerous Swiss preservation / restoration videos I have seen - are such details considered to detract from the romance of steam in the UK? \m/

With this net zero, whereby they are determined to ban petrol and diesel cars and by the looks of things EVs not being successful we may see a return to railway travel throughout the country in the near future
