Outdoor cooking is not sanitary by defenition. Don't worry. After cooking for several hours, nothing bad is gonna survive. You can also be too clean.

What language is this i'm very interested my guess would be latvian or lituanian i think they use those line accents btw the pronunciaton of vargánya was almost perfect and i'm glad that you didn't add water in the begining of the cooking if you would do that it's won't be pörkölt anymore xd

That's hungarian language, as the pörkölt and goulash are hungarian national dishes. These dishes are also very popular in Croatia as part of our national cuisine which we picked up from Hungarians.

@@senkrat12345 that's not Hungarian language for defo just Hungarian dish ! Yes its writing in Hungarian but he's speaking totally different language! Iam not sure Latvian , Lithuanian or Russian!!? Xx

@@carmenmonicaporutiu9609 the language spoken by the host is Latvian. The other guy is Hungarian (which explains why he's talking in English and explaining him how to pronounce the name of the mushrooms)
