That is so Hungarian! So delicious, this hearty mushroom stew can rival any version. Serve it with creamy sour cream and noodle dumplings or pasta. This mushroom stew is our favorite all year round! You can use any type of mushroom, but I've opted for champignon, oyster and porcini mushrooms.
Ingredients:
- 250 g white champignon
- 250 g brown champignon
- 250 g oyster mushrooms
- 250 g porcini mushrooms
- 2 tbsp of lard or butter
- 2 medium onions
- 1 yellow wax pepper
- 1 tomato
- 2 tbsp of paprika
- a cup of sour cream
- 1tbsp of all-purpose flour
- a cup of finely chopped parsley
- salt, gorund black pepper, ground caraway
