Every time I play this game there's a part of me that really appreciates that there's a whole faction of enemies you can't understand and the divide it causes, and the part of me that really wishes at least *some* of it was translated, like at least the subtitles or something. Nothing scarier than sneaking around cumans and not knowing for sure if they can see or hear you until they're running you down. But that's also really cool too.

Not a fan of the Hungarian voiceovers although its great they added the Hungarian language. But the accent and way of speaking is far from how people sounded during this time. Not to mention, the voice actors have the new-modern way of Hungarian speaking which sounds very complacent and high-pitched. The way Hungarians speak from villages or Székelyföld would have made this far more immersive and not out of place.

Csángó-Moldva hungarians would been especially a fucking treat, they very much retained the old pronouncations of many things and the way they do sentence structuring is also very unique and different from modern. I believe many linguist / researchers used them as examples of how old hungarian would've soundend among the folks
