Nice vid Robbie, nothing better to clear the head than a night in front of the bush TV. I think you are spot on with the slot limit rules, there has been no better example of this working than looking at the Murray cod populations, we are seeing more and more big meter plus fish being caught, due to the rules and good fishing practices by anglers. It was great to see you catching lots of crays with a good mix of Jenny's and large males as well as several small crays indicating some good fishing in the future

Thanks Robbie, and ditto CamperKev, I totally agree with your attitude toward fishing. Over 50 years ago, I use to catch Murray Grayfish up in the Murrumbidgee, always putting the little ones and the Jennys with eggs back, but kept the big fellas, in hindsight it was a bad practice of fishing, but the crays were plentiful back then and stupidly limits were overlooked. We just need more farms doing crayfish but it's not easy to set up with restrictions but the restrictions are good to prevent spreading them by accident.
Imo you should do more camping/fishing/cooking type videos as they are interesting imo. Agree on the size limits etc and even fishing licenses if the money goes back into improving the fisheries. Here in SA we have a Snapper ban and I was watching a fishing video recently and the guy was catching heaps of small Snapper which is a great sign. Seems that some folks think that if they spend a lot of money or effort they have to get their money back in fish or whatever. Enjoyed that one mate. Thanks for the video.
