Mine came in at 1951 lbs. it was originally tested to 3000 lbs.
Thank you for posting the start up and the shutdown. Do you have you have a PDF of the checklist including the emergency procedures to post . I am getting ready with my R22 Flush cards Study Guide and the R22 large poster to start coach flying so I get ready to pass the written exam before I come up with the cash to go to intensive R22 flight training and save on getting familiar with the cockpit layout.
