It's called PLA plate and stick. You can buy it from plastic models stores, stores that sell gundam or tamiya models.

Baut kecil2 gitu bro, di toped banyak kok. Keywordnya baut M2 (mksdnya besarnya 2mm). Tinggal cari yg pendek, 5mm cukup. Model sama warnanya bebas, tp lbh bagus yg kerucut, biar rapih.
