    Overall nice video, I'm a Jeep guy myself but I'll admit there *are* some nice HMMV rigs here! Even if the camera man was a horrible spotter :)

    I own a H2. Ya, it's huge. It can also climb stuff and off road better than any stock 4X4 I've ever owned. 35" tires and a rear locker. Even a Rubicon only comes stock with 32's. Granted, front and rear lockers. But heck, I'll be getting one of those next year because I couldn't afford one this year. Go figure.

    Nice rig dude, but get rid of the air suspension at the back and put some harder springs instead.... and don't forget to grease the steering joints ;-)

    Is that how you afford an H2? By sleeping in it, you can keep your pavement princess. When I go wheeling I like to get away from everyone. So you can have your hummer, see you at the staging area but out on the trail when the little Samurai goes around your H2 be nice. I might just be the guy that has to run you back down the mountain to get parts if you break something.

    Last few Sumies that we meet were stuck on first decent rock and had to be pulled back. Other one was hydro-locked and floating in knee deep puddle, had to be rescued too by HUMMER. Rest of them were on sidelines smoking nervelessly.

  • @QuaaludeMidnight
    @QuaaludeMidnight11 жыл бұрын

    A lot of people don't know how to manage traction with these things. You gotta press the brake and the gas at the same time (only slightly). That's usually enough to push you through. Honestly, you could easily climb a rock pile like that in an H3.

    The key to the small climb is momentum, every time he had it the guide said stop. Watch the first one, he went up without a second thought, Tigre pressure ground clearance and momentum all lacking for this one.

    i was going to say that driver has no skill and the commentator was driving me nuts with his shitty directions. its called back up a foot or so and give it a bit of a pop of the throttle. if u stop in a hole then try to go up with stock vehicles you will lose 9/10 times.. And who ever it was saying "air down" was the only one who knew what was up try taking his advice next time

    Exactly why I got the H3 Hummer instead of the H2. The H2 an awesome vehicle but its too big and heavy for this kind of stuff. You want an H3 or a Jeep. Even an H1 just because its made for that shit.

    City vehicles just weren't meant for off-road. Just an illusion to get more buyers with some useless off-road option. If you waanna off-road for real, theres many vehicles capable for it made especially for offroad. Like the Sherp and more.
