wow thats great, i wonder if i can make it with chicken also instead of pork? how about beef?

Yes you can but the best is CHICKEN feet and beef short ribs if you want beef. Thanks for asking anyway

Deep the feet in oil till BROWN then do the same procedure in a pressure cooker.
