Thing is, pouring water over the animal won't help it in any way, because it has suffered either a broken hind leg or broken back bone. In this case, the animal needs to be taken to a veterinary doctor ASAP. However, it's good to see people coming forward to help it. Appreciate their concern.

This was on the news in India it's not that serious but they put it on there because its a shock and miracle the said the dog was treated and was healed and actually adopted thank God for being with that dog
