Humanitarian aid arrives in Gaza through newly assembled floating pier

Desperately needed humanitarian aid has arrived to Gaza via the new - U.S. backed - floating pier corridor. As Karling Donoghue explains, although this is a step in the right direction, more must be done to avoid worsening the risk of famine.

What. Are you saying a Government should Tax and Spend to support vulnerable and at-need social groups in our countries? Rather than never tax anybody ever because taxes are the way of the devil? Why isn't the Invisible Hand of The Free Market doing something to help those veterans? And here I thought Socialism had gone out of fashion.

Since Israel's founding in 1948, it has received $158 billion in military aid from the United States, making it the greatest recipient in history.

You’re absolutely right. The US has never been capable of multitasking. As for vets; if people knew, before they sign up, how badly vets get treated after deployment they never sign up in the first place.
