This kick can deliver more that 1500 lbs of force, shattering ribs, and severely damaging internal organs. If your on the receiving end of this without protective gear, you are either hospitalized, or dead. No one can argue with Tae Kwon Do's strongest kick.

My uncle is a TKD's 4th Dan, I grew up watching him training and competing, breaking ice blocks and other stuff... Truly an inspiration.
I used this in sparring, their reaction to my kick was absolutely hilarious.

The reaction: ☠️🪦
this kick is not only a really devastating, but also really hard to pull off correctly if you haven't done extensive training
When I was studying Taekwondo this was my favorite kick

Wow bro U could have gave him internal injuries
One of the best moves
I remember this from my tae kwon do days. There was this one dude that really kicked like a horse. Sometimes he kicked the winds out of the dude holding the cushion. Correctly done it's so fast you'll just wonder why is that you feel like puking.

That's awesome
I love how the sound effects make it sound like the impact would be so epic. But in reality, it would sound more like a dull *thud*. XD
that was my favourite technique in fights :) awesome kick!
When your opponent throws a rear leg roundhouse, throw this as a counter. Its a rib breaker!
I'm a third degree blackbelt in Taekwondo. I'm taught by a master who was the world champion when he was only 17. We were practicing back kicks in class one day and I was his partner. He simply told me to step back when he comes at me. He then proceeds to massive step forward and spins rapidly and nails me square in the chest. I had an adidas footprint on my chest, and was out of air in the ground for minutes! This move is serious business.. especially when combined with a step-in
I walked into a flying one of these. Split my lip and knocked me dizzy for a moment. Best training ever lol.
That is one cool counter move! love it :3
That kick is pretty badass lol. I remember sending people staggering into the wall even with protection hehe.
yeh just learnt this the other day in class, pretty sneaky!
Oh! the spinning back kick 👌
this is y favourite back kick... its the one i use instinctively... who knew it would be this destructive (i always hold back on my kicks like i should, unless its a competition)
One of the kicking moves I learnt in Taekwondo .
many a KO or TKO has been achieved by this kick in K1, mma and muay thai really impressive to see if done right
After watching a lot of the human weapon episodes and these clips here..... Seriously those dummy men must be the hardest things going.
HAHA i love doing that move, i nver knew the physics on that before this :)
the sound they make when they whack each other is just crazy...:D
I wouldn't doubt it for a second.
knocks the wind out of you in sparring >,>
this is like the spinning back kick in mma
One of my favorite kicks
Keep at it, I find this really effective against the square-on kickboxing stance....landing one of these can swing a close fight your way.
in my dojang its called a back kick, i love doing it after pushing off a clinch during sparing
We use it in Thai too from time to time. Feels good when you land it.
Thats my favourite tae kwon do kick :D
Amazing!!! Silver Surfer knows how to kick!!!!
beautiful counter, espically when someone is going for the nuts
It is extremely practical as a counter. Or as a finisher.
is this show still on? cause i love it!
hahas a simple high turning kick to the neck is lethal too.
yeah same with my school somehow we were talkin about doin drive bys with our airsoft guns while we drive home on some kids but then the teacher said u will get in trouble cuz ur still on school grounds until u get to ur front lawn of ur house
this all i need for me to turn into a machine
Man,Thats its perfect
COOOOOL MAN
I love this kick, one of the best practical kicks taekwondo has to offer. Its demonstrated in my video.
Basically, this is exactly the same as spinning back kick, except this one is used with a counter punch in the beginning.
I wanna see these guys have a battle
these silver fellas are really life like
one hell of a quick way to win, assuming the strike quickly hits the stomach
there's also a jumping version of this which is much faster but is a defense-only move... whenever i did sparring i just stood there and spammed it and it worked so nicely every time hehe
i actually just learned this 3 hrs ago :) if you're closer to the person when you kick you can send them flying! But you have to keep your eye on the target or yo risk overshooting or undershooting your target
If the opportunity presents itself, many will.
And now lets learn the front unicorn kick
that's right thank you
this is my favorite kick for sparring.
lol he grabbed the foot... good JOB!!!
In taekwondo this one is called dichagi. Its the most basic counter kick, but still one of the most effective ones.
I never mastered this during my tkd training i kinda wish i did now doing muay thai and mma.
me parecen muy interesantes los videos, sobre todo los de defensa personal para mujeres ya que hoy en día las calles están muy peloigrosas para nosotras, suban más videos de ese tipo !!! muchas gracias!! Claudia.
I ' m fan Human Weapon
yeah, it is called a lot of things, this kick is used in many different martial arts, but is more commonly known to be as a tkd move
very similar to our spinning back kick in karate apart from the body position during contact
Train your own internal gyroscopic system by jumping up and down turning around in mid air, little jumps backwards lightly kicking a wall..it all adds up. you just have to keep it up and frankly its useful whatever art you practice.
what a fancy name for a back-kick...
I'd have to say... this is the #1 counter against the best karate kick.
yeah, this one's a deal stopper.
same here, I thought it was weird that it's being called a "rear horse" on the vid
its a reverse sidekick but they gave it a fancy name
The kick shown here is the same as the kick shown in the video "Human weapon - MMA - Spinning Back Kick".
you also got to remember to pull you foot back in or the advantage of your opponent will be take. He'll go down and so will you if he grabs your leg. I learned that the hard way TT^TT
Amazing
@Chalvind I used to take Tae Kwon Do and I would put that as #5 of my "Most Deadly Kick" list. the other 4 are Tornado Kick, Roundhouse, Side Kick, and Spinning Heel/Hook Kick
this the most powerfull kick
@Jigginsatrm also the angle of the connecting foot is off, the toes should be pointing towards the ground, showing it the way they just did was more like a spinning back kick counter
This is also taught in Kenpo Karate known as the Spinning rear kick.
wish i can do all these moves
is this practical in a real fight? im thinking it could be used to counter a groin, inside, or outside kick to the thigh or below the ribs. or would something like the sanda takedown be more effective?
We do a kick similar to this in Xingyiquan. We make it a little worse for the opponent, though, because we snatch their arm first, so we either kick into their ribs and dislocate their shoulder, or we go over the arm and kick the head. And I'm only on the first level of my training haha
I worked in a place called Milton Can in Elizabeth NJ. A can making place. I was attacked with a 42 inch piece of steel and my arm was cut open. I delivered a life saving back kick by faking a round house and hitting my target. The guys ribs were smashed and it sent a shock to his heart were he almost died in front of my boss. He was revived by CPR... I know for a fact this kick is deadly and works.
omg!! beste kick!
yea nellyfolly nicely said just train this move on a heavy bag for a few days nice and slowly untill u get it then start using it.. But i do the jumping back kick instead of the normal back kick i would prefer the jumping back kick
LOL in my class we practiced this same kick only done straight behind you as if to counter an attack from the rear. My Instructor called it the "ATM Kick". If you get your hip in line with your knee and heel you can deliver a very powerful blow. Just remember to snap your foot back quickly because people tend to grab the limb that hits their midsection.
To make this kick even more powerful, add a jump to this kick and you will send your opponent flying.
Was sparring with my TKD friend once; accidental as it were, took one of these sneaky kicks to the nuts. That ended our session.
The spartan kick got powned..
what martial art do you take? because a roundhouse is much faster than spinning your entire body around, and the spinning makes the kick stringer than a roundhouse...?
known as a donkey kick a swift kick to the solar plexus created to wind your opponant while maintaining optimum balance.
On a back kick your foot is vertical, and you bring your knees close together on the turn rather than chambering.
tae kwon do is a combation of Karate and Taekkyeon so necessarily it has to have a couple of moves that look alike, that doesnt mean it is stolen, or does every martial art that uses a jab or any punch steal that from boxing??
dwit-chagi.thats one powerful kick.didint know it could generate 20 miles per hour.:D
you just need to do a couple of leg stretches each day and then you'll get the hang of it :P For myself, track team stretches are one of the best for movement
A side kick, but with extra force and power from the momentum generated by turning the hips.
TQ sir 🔥
Hey dad look im a horse bloooughhg *horse sound*. ohh ****
Youre exactly right, it depends how good the fighter is with their particular style as to who they can beat. Not all boxers have well conditioned bodies by they way, some pro boxers are fat and slow. But i agree that the body must be well conditioned to be a good fighter.
SILVER SURFER KNOWS ALL THE MOVES!
THE most powerfull kick / technique in the martial arts. and yes it does win a lot of fights if the timing is correct.
is it ok to use all these kind of moves in like ufc and mma types of fighting ? would u get in trouble if u hurt someone usign one of human weapon moves?
@smashrine No, I was saying that the particular NAME of the kick came from Krav Maga, since the episode this is taken from is focused on Krav Maga. But if you want to be historically technical, Tae Kwon Do wasn't given a name until after the Japanese occupation of Korea, during which time all sorts of Korean arts were banned. Of course, people still practiced it, and did so while saying it was Karate. Thus, it can be suggested that the originator of the move is actually Shotokan.
@Beldmort mines the 360 or the skip in kick forget the name for it my master used to teach us the moves in korean i remember yago maki and arai maki however those are spelt thats high and low block
anybody ever see benny the jet deliver something like this to that thai bloke? broke several ribs gotta be the most beautiful kick i've ever seen
The back sidekick is different from the back kick (rear horse kick as they call it, dwi chaggi in korean). For the back sidekick one turns and throws a normal sidekick. But in the back kick notice that his hips are facing away from his opponent and his kicking knee is towards the ground.
gives a lot more impact if u jump backwards, against ur opponent, while u spin and push the knee up, right before u snap the leg...
i bruised my bro's ribs doing this kick thru a heavy kicking shield! its definately one of the most powerful kicks, AND EASY!
