You can just move the big boat to the left and crash in to the space the jump out and then you are on the lever section.😀

Yeah I did this trick

i had completed this level in just 6mins coz i have a better option in the beggining with that mini boat instead of going near the motor boat search for another way towards the hills there is a mini opening which will directly take you to 10:00 of this video.

I row the boat,hook two shipment containers to build a staircase,climb above the water treatment,jump through debris at shipwreck,hook that big stone down to climb,attach that chain to lift to break the barrier,float down with water blanket,that circle jump took enough time too... haha
