If one is hungry ,he wants to satisfies his hunger ,then there is a drive in him . Let us assume he find and satisfy his hunger after 5 minutes he is again offered food is he do same process i.e habit formation? Here drive works or not? Please explain sir when you have time :) ,thankyou.
@AN-fu2op
3 жыл бұрын
If a drive has successfully reduced the tension, and if the body is at an optimal state, then the stimulus is less likely to motivate the person until the balance is disturbed once again. For eg, when you are hungry (state of tension), and if someone asks you to complete a fairly boring task to get something to eat, you will be motivated to do the task. But once you have eaten, and are not hungry, you may refuse to do the task since it doesn’t seem rewarding anymore. Again, after some time when you are hungry, you will be motivated to do the task and so on... Hope this helps!
