Our passing, eagerness to win back lost balls and chasing the man down was brilliant - but we struggle in that final 3rd. I saw players making runs but theres no synergy with the attacking play - the players want to run in behind and make chances like that but then that dissolves to passing back to develop in other areas. I really wish we didn't lose Delap because that's what we need, a striker who can play with the ball at his feet and create chances, because too often we waste the chances that are presented in other areas. Looking forward to seeing this team grow - it will take time but im behind you guys.

You need to play in their penalty area more than tapping it around in ours . Our goalkeeper has the ball at his feet more than our forwards 😂

We desperately need Delap back

Losing 2 points tonight and Saturday will bite us. It's hard to describe just how bad the finishing was tonight - the basic need to get the shot on target at least. I counted at least 8 shots that were nowhere near the goal. And - exactly as happened before - the Tigers did not respond or adjust to substitutions - a big centre forward coming on who was a goal scoring threat. Basic.

Rosenior started with so much promise. His passing-from-the-back game was difficult for our players to adapt to but we have progressed, however, we have now stagnated and our modus operandi has been found out. Teams will let us pass the ball around and keep possession in the hope that they can catch us on the break. Why he insists on playing without a striker is a puzzle to most of us, who does he think is going to score a goal?

That was sooooo frustrating after some good football...too many dropped points and some of that (non)finishing was frankly abysmal ..that blumming post again too!! We should have been out of sight by halftime. I think Norwich are coming and then go up. We have done so well to be were we are though. ...lets get a win against the foxes and go into the break happy and hopefully cling on to 6th.......I keep expecting it to click and us totally demolish someone but it just isnt happening as it is for the teams around us. A top 10 finish is looking a certainty though which is great. 🐯🧡🖤

​@@mrdeafa25we have a chance against Leicester, they seem to have taken their foot off the pedal recently and are pretty much just cruising to the final game. They have a top 2 spot wrapped up and don't really care and their results show that.

Finishing let us down today, nothing on Rosey. Fabio, Philogene, Omur all poor with their shooting and bottle in the final 3rd.

Erm Liam the solution to your problem is very easy... play a striker up front! Not one of your creative mid-field players & not the aging Billy Sharp, he should be your super-sub. Noah Ohio has looked good in his brief cameos... you signed him exactly for this reason, he's a striker and don't play him!

Worst thing with Ohio hes not got the pace and the speed and Rosenior should of put Connolly on and never took ozan tufan off

@@theiceman7334 Connolly was playing for the U21's as not match fit. It was the perfect time to start Ohio. Doesn't matter he hasn't got pace and speed he's a finisher. Of course the real problem has been Liam Delap getting injured for so long.

Any striker with pace and power would score shead loads of goals in this team but we don’t have that now potentially Ohio but he’s unfit…missing delap so much!

Saw it coming and didnt watch the last 15 mins - its just too frustrating to see the dminance and no end product week in week out.

Seasons over lads he'll never learn short and long passes needed. AND GOALS

Home form the problem. , 5 points from last 5 games, playing without strikers, until Ohio came on

It is always useful to think positively and beautifully. Of course, anger confuses the flock. At the end of the match, you didn't bring the audience and the player together and applaud, Liam. This negativity affects everyone, we need to be careful.

Ref was fucking awful all game .. again.. , George hall through one on one and gets tripped , not even a foul given , a fucking clear handball for the goal 😂

Long shots after decent football in the first half. Once the subs for blues were made blues were stronger. Your goal hand ball. Our player hall clipped when through. Blues deserved the point. And in the end we’re more likely to win. You play some nice stuff but have no ouch up front. Kro

Carvalho good player, but missed a good chance. Still it should have been 5-0 at that stage.....Only CITY could balls it up.

Chances of playoffs are gone now unfortunately. Too many teams in the mix for promotion to let us get away with our horrendous home form. Norwich have a final set of games much easier than ours aswell. Weve needed another proven striker all season but didnt go out and get one

Play off chances is fading away because your throwing away points you needed to win and gifted Birmingham a point so now your screwed if you don't beat Leicester and you know Norwich are going to win

I couldnt disagree more . We completely bossed the game. Beautiful football ,we really deserved to win by 3 or 4 never mind draw . Poor poor finishing ,the players dont need me to tell them that . Other than (Ohio who should be starting every game now) ,we really dont have a fit striker that can play at this level now.This is the best team we have had since we were in the prem. It is a mostly young team that is learning the hard way right now but can compete in EVERY game because of the quality and style of play. We are just missing a finisher. Imagine a whittaker or szmodics in this team. We are scary now, with a top class striker nearly unplayable.

This is my fear, going to these games im not convinced and not comfortable with battling in the playoffs without a recognised striker. We need to deal with this in the summer. Two have a good chance we need to beat the Foxes and Stoke, do i see us getting six points from those games? No i really dont because of those reasons. As a club we should be humbled we are in the play offs because we really dont deserve to and i mean that

I hear what you are saying to a large extent but we are where we are because we have been the 6 th best team....I think we handed Norwich the baton there and they will then probably go up! ....as you say 6 points now required. We have come along way but feel very frustrated with that one tonight.🐯🧡🖤

@@garymcmanus9946 yes we have come a long way and Liam is taking us in the right direction but we needed to recruit...better in janurary we did well with the loan signings but our striking options are thin on the ground. Whatever happens we need to buy.....not loan buy actually buy a striker in the summer. Id love to see the Blackburn striker in black and amber next season but the odds are that wont happen, he will probably be playing in the PL next season cos he is a quality player. In a way i hope we stay in this league for another season

I'm okay with top 10 this season tbh and really go for it next year...but as we have seen it doesn't always go that way for clubs ..look at Boro, Huddersfield, Coventry, Norwich even Watford and Sunderland. And God knows who we will have or not have playing for us! 🐯🧡🖤
