FUNKO did the same. I actually like the things with hulk busting out of the hulk buster. Though, admittedly, we all wanted to see it in the movie.

Great review! I'm sad that the new Hulkbuster is merely a shell, compared to the toy from Age of Ultron, but it definitely has a nice sculpt. And I think you hit the nail on the head about why that scene was left out, even though we all wanted to see the Hulk bust the Hulkbuster. And Hasbro was no doubt told to make this toy way before the movie was finished so, despite the final cut, they had to press on and finish the toy and sell them. At least it will be something fun for the kids. But I'm pretty sure this thing will sit on the shelf for a very long time.

I just thought of something, what if this toy was made for what they had filmed, the movie was cut in half for time, and the Hulk saying, "Banner smash, that was preety cool" and "according to my calculations this is going to hurt you" was professor Hulk, from the comics, Hulk is going to bust out in Avengers 4.

ironically the hulk toy here has better written dialogue then anything professor hulk has done/said in the mcu. kinda like this version of professor hulk in the toy

Hey that cinema cup from the movie is awesome, where I live the cups have at the top a figure or bust from the characters of the movie but the coolest thing is an infinity gauntlet that you can use as a popcorn bucket or you can just put it on your hand

I think the legs only flop down so you can get Hulk in. If you hold his legs then the push the buttons, he would punch like crazy and wouldn’t fall out.

Based on the quotes the toy says, I get the feeling that the idea behind this is that Bruce Banner is actually controlling the Hulk's body. Maybe it's some kind of scrapped idea where Bruce and Hulk combine their best traits about themselves (Banner's intelligence and Hulk's incredible powers) in order to defeat Thanos. Maybe that would've been the start of them learning to trust each other and actually coexist together.

Possibly. Ruffalo did say that he talked with Feige about how to do a Hulk movie and the idea they came up with will span from Thor Ragnarok to Avengers 4. Then go into the Hulk movie. So it'll be interesting to see Hulks story in Avengers 4.

where do you get it

If this happened in the film, it would have been the best thing ever. Hulk already had such little screentime, it would be a good send-off for this version of Hulk. Specially when recently leaked pics show that we wil probably get a Professor Hulk now...

It wasn’t a “prank,” the studios reveal artwork and story to toy manufacturers a year or more ahead of time. Hulking out in the armor was probably cut from the final film. Remember those Lego sets from Iron Man 2, and more recently, Star Wars TLJ with scenes and even vehicles that were never in the movie?

I wish Hulk actually busted out the Hulkbuster in Infinity War

This was probably something that was in the movie early on and had concept art. Hasbro makes their action figures based off the concept to mass produce their figures in time for the movie and reveal of the official costumes.

It wasn’t a prank that’s probably just a deleted scene that got deleted after the toys came out. It probably would’ve happened when Banner told him that it was that last minute time to come and kill everyone.

I bet once the movie comes out on dvd they will add deleted scenes such as the one scene where Bruce is try to hulk out when inside the suit saying cmon buddy I need you right now while in theaters it didn’t happen it could have happened If they even filmed it

I think thus was gonna happen but then it was a deleted scene flicks and the city explained in avengers infinty war deleted scene.

this could be a hint/spoiler for avengers 4 when banner finally transforms into hulk which smashes through the hulk buster armour
