From The Incredible Hulk Season 1 Episode 2 'The Beast Within' - While working at a zoo, Banner becomes personally invested when he finds a scientist engaged in genetic research.
The Incredible Hulk (1977 - 1982): Dr. David Banner is a widowed scientist caught in the middle of an experiment gone bad. As a result, whenever Banner gets extremely upset or stressed out, he turns into a huge green monster called the Incredible Hulk, with awesome strength and rage to match.

The first transformation on a lonely road at night during a rain thunderstorm was extremely scary.

The "foley guy" for this episode definitely earned their keep. The sound of that rope snapping under the tension was pretty satisfying.

I'm turning 14 next month and this is my favorite hulk the new hulk stuff I don't like very much I loved bix/lou since I was 5!

It's cool to see that the Hulk, with all his rage, still possessed much of Dr. Banner's tenderness and compassion toward the innocent and those who meant him no harm.

You do realize that is still Dr Banner. You make it sound like they are two completely different beings.
