Did David Banner have conscious memory of the things he did after his transformation into the hulk. Because the hulk always seemed to know who to go after and who to leave alone as if he knew David's thoughts.

I like how strong enough drugs still affect the Hulk, even after David changes.

And no one calls the police. As David is stumbling around for an hour and no one notices him
