hi bud i just bought this yesterday, it was working fine, all of a sudden it started reversing and trying to move all parts of the arm and turning to one side. it wont stop. not even through the first charge and its playing up, haven't loaded it with anything yet. everytime i switch it on it just goes into reverse and starts clicking... really frustrating and very dissapointed, haven't been rough with it or anything like that just started going crazy while i was driving it in my kitchen. feel like ive been ripped off. have you had any similar problems?

And by broken I mean the crane goes left and right, but no longer up and down in both sections of the crane
