I love how each pony has her own way to hug. Unicorn Twilight is still new to friendship, so she's tricked with a book. Rarity is too dignified to accept a hug, but she goes within range when he acts like a gentleman. Rainbow Dash flies around to make it a sport, so she's satisfied when she is caught. Applejack wants you to work for it, so you have to pull her in for the hug. Pinkie Pie is more than happy to give hugs. Fluttershy needs time to get close for a hug. I think my favorite thing is that none of them are *UNWILLING* to hug him. Some needed some encouragement, some wanted to make it into a game and some (Luna) was preoccupied, but had no problems with being hugged. It's sweet!
