very interesting. nice to watch your vids as they stem from personal interest in coffee rather than promoting certain products.
Ryan! I'm going to ask a question which everyone asks you. If you could have just ONE classic lever machine, which one would it be and why? I hate modern espresso machines too. Touch screens? Yuck! You're amazing!
