I honestly think the story of your healing is far more interesting than what happened..mainly because healing journeys are often more relatable for people to read than specific traumas. It can be hard to revisit memories when writing so take lots of breaks and go as slow as you need..I have written a book with ptsd..your experience will be your own of course but a diagnosis of ptsd brings challenges simply because of the nature of the diagnosis

Check again and watch the car scene, Coco only has a regular seatbelt on, which for her height and weight is not sufficient to protect her in the event of a collision

I deal with my depression and anxiety by putting on a fursuit and having fun with other furries. I become another persona to forget what my true persona has going on. another thing that is very helpful for my ptsd is my service dog. my dog is trained for my disability and my needs.

I want to write a book about my bullying experiences(it can happen at any age and anywhere ) and how it effects my day to life now in the present and what kind of person it made me today. But I'm not sure how to do so, I was thinking the same each chapter would be a bully experience/bad memory... (bullying happened almost 7 yrs ago) wish I knew where to start I think it would help me heal that's why I started my new youtube channel to bring awareness about bullying but it's much easier to talk about them do, and not sure about what the first video should be, I don't want to talk the whole video...
