In Iraq we hated the spring. The sand holds no water. We had to buy new boots every time we got stuck
I didnt think we would ever get to see any more videos from afghanistan on the television due to there being a Teleban.

Floods happen everywhere at any time. One of Mother Nature's awkward events. Isn't weather forecasting available to avoid unnecessary human suffering in these places?
