Sometimes I boil the meat before frying. I did not do that for this video. This help to tenderize the meat.

@@bensonskennel Get your water boiling and take a meat fork and put your rabbit in the boiling water. The water will turn foamy and that gets the wild taste out. It also tenderizers the meat. I do my Deer Hindquarters the same way.
