This is my favorite version where they slowed down the waves & showed light on them. Very nice to watch, wish it was longer!

Excellents images et montage, ça mériterait bien plus de vues. Change le titre de ce vidéo en "Huge storm waves slam into sea wall in Saint-Malo, France" et tu verras la différence!

@@ROKINKO11 I agree, it would be fantastic to stay home watching tjhat by the windows.... But surely it should cost a very high price of maintenance: but in renting for a few days...only you don't know when there will be that conditions

When the tide is high, it happens about every month but sometimes the waves go even higher and sometimes they're not that high but still reach the streets It's pretty impressive in real life, but dangerous for tourists because many try to get close to take pictures and there are accidents every year because of that :/ So if you ever go, look at it from afar, because it is dangerous to get too close to the waves! ^^

Talk about screwing up with Bad editing, Dam only 1 min plus I wanted to see HOW the water DRAINS out between the bulkheads. Thats the problem with these "artist" NO mechanical interest. He had the Dam footage just horrendously shortened in editing Cant see a start to finish wave and drain., Add WTF wrong with going over the canal areas.

Yes, I totally agree! It's so interesting to watch but I had to keep pausing it to actually have time to take it in and see what was happening. I wish I could have watched it in slow motion, I want to see the mechanics of how the water is impacting the land. It's like they didn't give a damn about the actual 'amazingness', they just wanted to do it for the 'art'.

This happen regulary since centuries, several time per year, those house are old, they were built for those kind of waves. The rest of the time there is a beautifull beach here. Those house are very expensive, it's luxury.
