When I was little I would get any cards I could find. My parents always went to thrift stores. Around the time of diamond and pearl I started really collecting. I would get random cards like delta species, dark and light pokemon. It was a whole world unto itself. Now I understand what a holon's magneton is. Now I understand what Brock's Ninetales did. Just wow.

This is cool. They need to give johto and gen 2 more love!

I wasn’t really interested in this product until these reveals. The idea of a product that reprints cards from across different eras is actually really cool. I’m hoping they continue doing this and perhaps even turn it into a new Legendary Collection style product like Yugioh does where we get reprint sets with cards across different eras.

Now that English Pokemon have the silver borders,imo there is NO excuse for them not to print the English version of this with the same holo pattern as the Japanese.

No only will they have an excuse but the print quality will probably be mid and off center 60% of the time

Call me weird, but VS Seeker and Onix are the best parts for me. That Onix reminds me of Sander’s Steelix Hoopa list from Offenbach(?) and the VS Seeker is just huge in expanded, and was huge in its era

I noticed those cute little stars have the exact same placement on all of the cards. Is that just a demonstration photo thing or do all the cards have identical holo patterns in person?

Can we just get another round of Gym Heroes/Challenge? XD Like I love how out of left field it is and that set was one of my favorite early sets (that and Team Rocket) but lets just go all out and reprise the Gym themed cards.

I think that Lt. Surge's Raticate will be in the deck, for sure. It's honestly a card that could be printed, today, and still hold up.

Hey wossy that's great reveal, i love the holo. I tried for the lottery too with too luck. I actually wanted to ask what do you do differently to get Pokémoncenter lottery success. I have tried 20 lotteries meaning since I started I've never won seems unlikely(i have tenso).

I have a feeling they reprinted the Lt. Surge’s “RaTaTa”; because they will be doing Professor Pokémon in a future upcoming set 🤝🤞🤝

isn't 120 dmg for 4 energys kinda ... broken with classic cards? i mean Onix is literally better than Charizard...making it even less relevant.

Didnt you say back when this product was announced people dont need to buy this if they are annoyed by how expensive and how hard it is to get??? And here you are needing to get it like an addict?

Reminder to everyone that these cards are all proxies, so none of these will be allowed at any sort of official events, and in my eyes they're essentially worthless, and the product is really just overpriced in my opinion. That being said, the new energies are sick, but I can't justify buying one of these things just for those.

This isn’t YuGiOh. Bill was good, probably very good in base set, but not broken. A plus one in a game with a mana system isn’t game breaking. Bill was probably like the 5th or 6th best card in base set. Where as there was no debate Pot of Greed was the best card by a mile in YuGiOh. (In today’s game it wouod be graceful charity since it lets you get a card, and put two that you choose in the graveyard)

@@tilldill763 Yeah, it was an obvious staple, it’s a plus one that effectively gave you a 52 card deck as well, which of course any card game you are trying to get to your combos or set pieces as fast as possible, again, it was a very good card, but far from broken. If you drew Pot of Greed in your opening hand and you were going first you won 85% of the time. That’s broken.

for 250.00+ usd i dont think its worth it, even tho i know resale will be higher..

See this is what I mean I love your videos but man. According to you every single new set or item coming out from Pokemon is the greatest thing since sliced bread. Once again love your videos. But stop describing everything as the best product

I honestly believe that Pokemon TCG Classic might be the best product they've ever released. I honestly believe that Pokémon Card151 might be the best set they've ever released. Both of these are sincere and honest views. I was around for the best set and played a ridiculous amount of Blue on the original gameboy. These products are tailor-made for me. They've coming out around the same time. I've not lying or misleading anyone here. I don't think Paldea evolved is the best ever and I'm not describing it as such :)

You have described these as the same or real close the best set. Besides that I do believe these 2, 151 the set and the box will be awesome . A great investment for the long term.
