    I’m so envious that you can eat all this food on the streets with no tummy issues. Any advice for someone who is sensitive to rich Mexican food but loves it very much? R there public restrooms all around ?

  • @HeresGoodTravel

    @HeresGoodTravel

    5 ай бұрын

    We might just be the lucky ones but we never really have any issues when we are there. We kinda grew up eating a lot of Mexican food so we might just be used to it. We also eat very spicy food and are convinced somehow that helps us😂. We do pack tums and always have TP in a backpack regardless of what country we are in. Mexico you can usually find a public restroom in parks and markets. We always have small change, bathrooms are 5-10 pesos usually and in pretty good shape. But finding restrooms all over the world is one of our main struggles of traveling😭. Wish we had a better answer but sometimes you just need to get lucky.

    I live in Southern California, and there is a guy who comes by most days selling the boiled elote with the powder. I cut the corn off and eat it like the Cabo one though. I get everything but mayo. I used to not get the cheese because it was too pungent, but either he started using something milder or I got used to it. Sometimes I will add avocado, sour cream, or a mild salsa, but it comes spicy enough.
