Seems to be a Hayes truck instead of a Pacific, you can tell by the bumper

This is scary accurate to real truck driving and I'm mega curious on the onner workings of the truck

I think it's a good truck to haul the set #21309 (Saturn V) I like this and perhaps i will buy enough pieces to build this truck to transport the big Saturn V I try to imagine the results and i think it can be a pure marvel 4.2m !!! You guys are crazy! I love it (and i drive semi for a living so i know what these marvels represents in hauling industry) just one detail: to go as far as possible in realism i'ld have built (in Lego of course) the handling machines for the loading/unloading steps Great job! These beasts should be on Lego's catalog

the one with the tube as charge is a hayes hdx, which is identical in construction to the p16. the one with the overlong charge is a pacific p12, basically a p16 with all-wheel drive :-)

This'll be the envy of all the kids on block if you had it rolling around out front in the yard.

i actually drove large trucks for six years. but it's different to drive this model because i was really only used to it from the driver's cab 🙂

I was gonna say it looks like you had experience, I do abnormal loads here in the UK and we have Beacons and red and white markers all over it. Great detail 👍🏼

actually the one with the tube as lafung is a hayes hdx, it looks very similar to the p16. the other one is a p12. both have the offset cab 🙂

Here in germany, three-axle semitrailers are often not steered either. for this, i have installed it on the four-axle semitrailer. it is not very easy to install it, especially if you are also supposed to drive backwards with it and the steering is also supposed to react correctly then. a simple following steering is therefore out of the question 🙂

Is it me or is the pup trailer backwards mud flaps/ICC bumper should be on the back not front

actually there should be mud flaps on both sides, in the case of the timber transporters they are actually on the side as i have attached them, as the trailer is piggybacked by the tractor and they then stick out the wrong way round to the rear (although the trailer is then not moving) 🙂
