We love a Gmail Feature release and this is a biggie. Last December we took you through the ins and outs of using the "Multi Send" feature in Gmail. If that was a feature you use - in the coming weeks you're going to see it disappear from the Toolbar in your compose screen to be replaced by "Mail Merge". We're going to discuss what it is and how to use it effectively.

Hi Hritesh, There's a couple of things to check here. The feature is still in roll-out so you might not have the option available just yet or that it's version specific so you might need to update to get the feature.
What do I need to update
Great content, how do I purchase a subscription for Gmail/MailMerge?
Useless when the Mail Merge icon does not appear and I have a Business edition.
Why does my gmail workspace NOT have this? I'm not the only person with google workspace who asks this online, but there's no answer. Do I need to update for this to show up in my google workspace?
