HUGE FIELD BET WIN! - Live Craps Game #25 - The Linq, Las Vegas, NV - Inside the Casino

Ойын-сауық

In this live craps video, I'm at The Linq Casino in Las Vegas. There are a total of five craps tables for you to enjoy craps on. With so many craps tables, there's always space to play.
There's a couple things to note in this live craps video. First is the color scheme of the chips at The Linq. Traditionally, $25 chips are green. However, at The Linq they are yellow, which is normally the color of $1,000 chips. Kinda odd.
Second, watch as the second player to hold the dice makes a HUGE Field bet of over $600! He was betting large during the entire video.
Formerly the Imperial Palace, The Linq is a fresh, updated hotel and casino right smack between Harrah's and Flamingo. The casino itself is connected to O'Sheas, which offers beer pong 24/7!
Included in the remodel of The Linq Hotel/Casino is The Linq Promenade, which is filled with restaurants, shops, a zip line, and The High Roller, world's tallest ferris wheel. It's a great place to hang out, get a bite to eat and/or people watch.
Fun to visit when in Vegas!

Saw a 21 yr old college kid 25 yrs ago at caesars palace walk up next to me at craps table place a $100 bet on #12 . Shooter across from us threw a 12 and kid was paid $3000 . Kid asked to keep $1000 on the #12 and the shooter threw another 12 . The table was electric now and he was high fiveing other players. The stickman even high fived the kid and his buddy after paying kid $32,000 dollars total . I asked kid what he was going to do with the money and he said buy a new car to drive back to California .

Was playing roulette last week, a guy comes up and plays 1000 on red, and hits. He plays another 1000 on 1-12 and hits again. Comes back to colors hit every time he bet. He walks out with 15,000 and hands the roller 200 and 100 to ever person at the table. Was quite an unbelievable experience lol

Crazy things like this time to time. Was going by a roulette table when a noticed a high stack of different colored chips ( not roulette but floor chips) on the black. I stopped and asked the kids what the hell they were doing. They said they were playing it all and kept hitting. After hitting again I told them to hold some back...Didn’t stick around to watch the pain....they bet them all again on black and hit again.I hope they listen and took some home with them.

Thank you for another amazing video ITC. Much appreciated. Clear views and no shaking whatsoever. guy did 8 rolls including his come out 7. hit only 3 numbers inside. the rest were Field. Also noticed he was setting for the field V2 set with 6-4 , 3-1 . Then on his final 7 out roll for some reason he set the dice wrong way and 7 came up. I would have certainly bet on him.

I like playing Craps in the morning and one morning I was throwing dice at the Rio a young guy walked up and put about 10 red ones on the field he hit it, he let it ride and I was throwing field bet after field bet. He would pick all of them up once and awhile. The stack of reds turned into green then black stacks about 4 inches high. When I threw a 12 or a 2 the kid would throw me a black chip. The dealers didn't like that. He cashed out with over $23,000 and a suite for the night as "gift' haha from the casino. I couldn't believe it and still can't.

Don't understand why the dealers didn't like it. I can see where the Casino itself may not like it but not the dealers. It's not their money being lost. In fact they like when players win a lot of money because the more the players win the more tips the dealers make.

George D. To answer your question, you can see and hear it, from this video, that the table is sturdy. That’s a great thing for controlled shooting. Also, the tables at Cosmopolitan are great! Nice and sturdy. The one time I managed to go beyond 20 minutes of controlled shooting, was at the Cosmopolitan. Dice didn’t seem to bounce a great deal (mostly because I did my best to release them with my arm lift and finger release, not throw or toss). Good luck!🍀 Cheers 🥃 .

How is the overall atmosphere there? I go to the prominade over by the Linq for the In N Out Burger (since we don't have them here I'm Chicago). But have never gambled there. Is it more.laid back or more high end where people are treating. Games more like business transaction, like people at Caesar's tend to? I'm going to Vegas next month and looking to try out other places than my normal stomping ground of Circus Circus, Wynn, Caesar's, and The D. But just want to know what kind of atmosphere to expect.

  • @InsidetheCasino

It's more on the laid back side. O'Shays is connected to The Linq casino, so that lends to a bit of the laid back atmosphere. It's not as laid back as Circus Circus or The D and others downtown. But, it's definitely NOT high end. Fun place to play.

Jon... At the Cromwell $10-15 min tables so on a Pass Line Bet or Come Bet you can place up to 100X odds. At the Cromwell you can also mat PUT Bets... that is a Come Bet that you can just place instead of going through the Come Line moves... that allows you to pick the # you want as a Come Bet.. Ask the dealer when you are there to explain. That gives you true odds and a better pay-out especially if you are making large bets...

But my question is, say a 7 was thrown on the come out would those loose ? Because they are working ? If the answer is no, it seems like a good safe bet and we should always have our box numbers working on the come after a point is made!? Thank you in advance!!

If the bet is working, then a 7 would be a loss. Normally the odds aren't working, so only the initial come bet can be won or lost on the come out (the odds would be returned to you either way). If the bet is working, you'd be paid in full or lose in full.

kevin williams YES! If your place bets are working on the come out roll, and a 7 is rolled, you WILL lose those place bets. Some people keep them working, most don’t. It’s a matter of preference and belief that the shooter is going to avoid the 7, just like the guy in the video.

For the come bet it only applies to the odds - the underlying come bet is always on. Really any bet you could take down (like odds, hardways, place bets) you can turn on & off as you like. BTW, If you look on the puck that marks the point -- the white side says "ON" and the black side says "OFF". It's not just marking the point, it's also saying all the bets in the box are on or off, unless there's an exception for an individual player or bet, which will be marked by the small chip (called a lammer).

So true. However, although he took the time to set the dice, after he grips them, he then taps them on the table, which doesn't help with dice control. Plus, he flicks his wrist, which also doesn't help. So, while he did have a good run, his dice control methods could use some polishing and training. Glad you liked the video. Stay tuned for more!
