Thankfully, I saw the cut scenes before you had to remove them so thank you for posting them. They were wild and I felt like we were going up against something similar to the witness. Lakshmi wanna be now called “redacted” and her powers And to be able to control both EXO and human is insane! She’s obviously gonna grow with more power and be more dangerous so I welcome that future fight! Could be worthy of being a raid boss 🤨🤨

Our Guardian better have a good reason for not shooting Maya the first time meeting her. Makes us look like idiots.

U know what would make this act 2 nicer? Reprised Garden of Salvation weapons that we can craft + a div catalyst to make it less shitty

Was excited for the Solstice stuff but then I remembered it’s Bonfire Bash.

I’m SO GLAD the new craftable exotic auto rifle isn’t a Special Ammo gun like rumor said. It looks awesome so I’m looking forward to using it as much as possible!

I’m just glad we’re finally getting some vex themed content and the event being the day before my birthday is also nice as well a lot of good content coming to the game which is always a good thing

I'm starting to think that Echoes is basically a control test for the Episode formula. Start off familiar with the first episode, then start mixing things up with later episodes. We've seen this pattern before, where the first season/episode of an expansion is somewhat lackluster when compared to later seasons/episodes. We've seen thos with Undying, Hunt, Risen, and Defiance, all of which weren't as well received as the seasons that came after it (my personal favorites were Lost, Haunted, Plunder, and Witch, all of which were later seasons)

I actually really like this episode I'm so glad Bungie is doing something with the vex and with nessus

I doubt we’ll be seeing any new exotic armor in Echoes since it looks like they moved the Echoes armor into Final Shape’s release (like the Exodus rocket Titan chest piece) since they seem to classify Echoes and Final Shape as part of the same content cycle (the final shape ship and stuff are listed under the seasons as Episode Echoes). I’d assume we’ll see more exotic armor with Revenant and Heresy but Echoes seems tied in with Final Shape instead

If they wanted Episodes to be better than seasons by having more cinematics, they're failing on that. It's not a bad thing to have more production budget put into it but the delivery needs to be better in order to make it really improve. 3 weeks on and off is weird but better than burning me out by the end of the last month.

Vex Seasons are so hit-or-miss when it comes to merely existing.

Won’t lie. Kinda wish Sundaresh had a more. I guess alien/detailed face instead of a generic exo head slapped on.

More likely Shadow Legion. I don't see a rework to that strike though. Inverted Spire is more likely to be changed

Yeah. Narratively speaking, the Shadow Legion taking over the thing that's drilling into the planet that's currently MUTATING makes more sense than them just car jacking Caiatl.

Even with the feedback, it is far too late to make any changes to act two. They probably won't be able to make any changes until late episode two or even episode three.

Thank goodness the rocket sidearm is coming out in Act II and not Act III

I just wasn’t a fan of it, good story on paper and the week 3 mission was definitely a breath of fresh air, but the recourse picking on Nessus, and I just thought the activity was boring, but I will say it’s definitely not as bad as some other seasons, I look forward to see what else they add

This whole time, in the story, characters have been clueless about most things - when there’s literally a gigantic space-library on Venus that we’ve known about since D1 storywise🤦🏽‍♂️

Venus isn't around anymore, though. It got yoinked by the Witness and we haven't gotten it back yet as far as I can tell.

Also only 3 week of content is not an improvment from Seasonal story... And wow So we get White and gold vex but we get a bad looking armor and prismatic ornament but no vex stuff sucks in a way

This power came AFTER we killed him. He’s dead and the echoes are a byproduct of us killing him

Right on the money. While it's possible that some remnants of the Witness' personality could still be in those echoes, we need to remember that the Witness was made up of BILLIONS of individuals. Some agreed with the final shape, others didn't, and that could influence how each Echo acts.

@@franciscoandres4907 very true indeed! Some echoes may still carry on the witness’ collective will or individuals splintered after its death. Remember at the end when we finally killed it, he goes: “We…..I don’t understand……”

Cuz Lakshmi was originally a copy of Mya Sundaresh, we found tht out in Lightfall, so it's not actually Lackshmi it's Mya who integrated her self into the vex network after her experiments w the veil/vex on neomuna
