I buy them from Dollar Tree or Walmart. I buy them by the case which is 12 cans. They can be found in grocery stores,dollar stores,hardware stores, automotive stores,convenience stores and online.

Why is the cans only got a small mount of powder hardly nuthing inside

Idk I’m just a consumer I don’t work for the company. I believe it settles after the machines fills the powder to the top. It’s compacted inside.
