House of salt and sorrows is one of my all time favorite reads!! It is in fact a 12 dancing princesses retelling and I loved that Barbie movie 😂 happy birthday!!! Also, gilded wolves is one of my fav series I think you’ll love it since you loved stalking Jack the Ripper!

Project Hail Mary audiobook a million times. It was the best audiobook ever and I don’t do sci-fi either but it was beautiful

i read we hunt the flame last year and adore it so i was excited for a tempest of tea and it did not disappoint! hafsah faizal is so good at developing characters and a found family vibe and her plot twists are so good as well, i just love her writing

Ahh so many amazing recs!! I’m going bday book shopping at the end of the month and I’ll absolutely be picking up some of these. On a side note - the Tempest of Tea was a soft DNF for me. I don’t know if it was just bad timing or if I am not the biggest fan of the writing but I don’t think I’ll be picking it up again.
